All those are they that have purchased the life of this earth at the cost of the Hereafter. Their torment shall not be lightened nor shall they be served. (86)

2:48 وَاتَّقُوا يَوْمًا لَا تَجْزِي نَفْسٌ عَنْ نَفْسٍ شَيْئًا وَلَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهَا شَفَاعَةٌ وَلَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهَا عَدْلٌ وَلَا هُمْ يُنْصَرُونَ And worry each day when no soul will suffice for another soul in any respect, nor will intercession be acknowledged from it, nor will payment be taken from it, nor will they be aided.

But When the a person who's got the obligation is of minimal knowing or weak or struggling to dictate himself, then Enable his guardian dictate in justice. And convey to witness two witnesses from among your Gentlemen. And when you can find not two men [offered], then a person and two Women of all ages from those whom you take as witnesses - to make sure that if one of several Girls errs, then another can remind her.
